Forge Nutrition – Returns & Refunds Policy

Forge Nutrition wants customers to purchase with confidence.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Products purchased from Forge Nutrition come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact Forge Nutrition as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise has a problem.
Please provide your order number and reasonable details of the issue. Photographs may be requested where they reasonably assist us in assessing damage, incorrect supply or another product issue.
We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Major Problems
Where a product has a major problem under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement, subject to the applicable legislation.
Change of Mind
Forge Nutrition is not legally required to provide a refund or exchange simply because a customer changes their mind.
Where Forge Nutrition elects to accept a change-of-mind return, the product must generally:
• be unopened and unused;
• have all seals intact;
• remain in its original saleable packaging; and
• be returned within the period specified by Forge Nutrition.
Approval of a change-of-mind return is at Forge Nutrition's discretion and does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Supplements & Consumable Products
For health, hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened supplements and consumable products generally cannot be returned for change of mind.
This restriction does not apply where a customer has rights to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Flavour Preference
Disliking the taste, texture or flavour of a correctly supplied product does not ordinarily mean the product is faulty.
However, this does not affect rights relating to a product that fails an applicable consumer guarantee.
Clearance & Sale Products
Sale, clearance and promotional products remain covered by applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
A product will not generally be eligible for a remedy for a defect that was specifically disclosed to the customer before purchase and was the reason for its reduced price, subject to applicable law.
Return Shipping
Where a product is confirmed to have a problem for which Forge Nutrition is responsible under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return arrangements will be provided as required by law.
For an approved change-of-mind return, return delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Proof of Purchase
We may request reasonable proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt or other transaction record.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Forge Nutrition website and the purchase of products from Forge Nutrition.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Product Information
Forge Nutrition takes reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional information, serving information, warnings and pricing are accurate.
However, manufacturers and suppliers may alter formulations, packaging, ingredients, nutritional information or labelling without prior notice.
Customers should always check the physical product label before consumption, particularly where allergies, intolerances, medical conditions or dietary requirements are relevant.
3. Supplement Use
Supplements should only be used in accordance with the manufacturer's directions, recommended serving sizes and warnings.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, have an existing medical condition, have allergies or sensitivities, are under 18 years of age, or have concerns regarding the suitability of a product.
4. Age Restrictions
Certain products may not be suitable for children or persons under a specified age.
Customers must comply with all age restrictions and warnings appearing on individual products.
Forge Nutrition reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that supplying a product would be unlawful, unsafe or contrary to a product-specific restriction.
5. Orders
An order submitted through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is not necessarily accepted simply because payment has been authorised or an automated confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;
• an incorrect price or product description has been displayed;
• payment cannot be verified;
• fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected;
• delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
• a product cannot lawfully be supplied; or
• a genuine technical or system error has occurred.
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will provide an appropriate refund for the cancelled product or order.
6. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Australian Forge Nutrition website are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST is applicable.
Delivery and other applicable charges will be displayed before completion of checkout.
We may change prices and promotions from time to time.
7. Payment
Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Forge Nutrition does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
8. Delivery
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery information.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk associated with unattended delivery should be considered when selecting a delivery location.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Our policies do not exclude any statutory consumer guarantee.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions and stock availability.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion affected by a genuine pricing, technical or administrative error, subject to applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Forge Nutrition branding, website content, graphics, photographs, designs and original written material are owned by or licensed to Forge Nutrition.
They must not be reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.
Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Reviews & User Content
Reviews should represent genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent material.
We may moderate content where reasonably necessary, but will not manipulate reviews to create a misleading impression of customer sentiment.
13. Website Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, security issues, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian State or Territory in which Forge Nutrition operates, together with applicable Commonwealth legislation.
